Our teaching team are experts in their chosen fields, each holding a minimum of a CELTA qualification and many having an advanced practitioner qualification, Delta.

We designed a teacher training programme with BFSU International to equip their international teachers with the specific skills to improve their teaching and training ability. We also helped to support some of these teacher to become advanced practitioners with the ability to assist less experienced teachers at their respective locations.
We worked with First Leap teachers to develop their knowledge of modern English language techniques and methodologies through part-time CELTA courses. We also began the process of these teachers becoming advanced practitioners who will drive the improvement in language teaching & training standards across First Leap Education’s schools.
Between 2009 and 2018 Bell partnered with Laureate to provide quality assurance services and teacher training to Laureate’s English language departments. Bell have also conducted assessment visits at Laureate institutions across the world.
Bell worked with New Oriental to develop a cohort of teacher trainers across China and all of New Oriental’s different teaching areas (including Young Learners, IELTS Training and Overseas Study).
We also implemented a training programme that allows teachers to become fully competent teacher trainers who can share skills and knowledge with other teachers in their schools.
We are regularly inspected by industry regulators who assess our learning and welfare provision.
