Catrin’s first experience of international education was as a student when she left Sweden at the age of 18 to study in the U.S. She holds a master’s degree in Global Marketing from Emerson College in Boston.
She initially discovered the language travel industry when she travelled to the Isle of Wight as a Group Leader with Swedish company STS.
After 3 years as a Brand Manager within the FMCG sector she joined EC (then a small language school in Malta) in 1998 as Marketing Manager and became Sales & Marketing Director in 2006. During her time the organisation grew to 20+ language schools across three continents with over 40,000 students annually.
In 2016 she became Executive Vice President Global Student Recruitment for EC Higher Education, focusing on international pathways into U.S Higher Education.
Catrin joined Bell in 2018
Adam has been in China since 2011. Initially living in Xi’an Adam has held many educational roles in China including teacher recruitment and training, school management and overseeing the opening of new franchise language schools throughout China.
Adam joined Bell in 2014 to explore development opportunities for Bell in China and opened our office in Shenzhen in 2016, becoming Chief Representative in the process. Adam is a good mandarin speaker with a strong understanding of Chinese culture, business and of the education environment here.
Having lived and studied in the UK for nearly 10 years, Vivian returned to China and has been working in the Education industry since 2012, involving teacher recruitment and project management.
Vivian joined Bell in 2016 to assist with the opening of the China office and manage projects that take place in China. In 2018, Vivian was promoted to become the China Business Development Executive. Being a native Chinese and fluent English speaker, Vivian holds a CELTA certificate and has great cross-cultural understanding.
Based on the love of education career and interest in communicating with people, Anita transferred from skilled international trade business environment to education industry.
Before joining Bell, Anita has worked in large international companies and engaged in the supply chain related management positions for more than 15 years with MBA degree and National Psychological Consulting Certificate. Anita always spare time to the explore of overseas young learners camps and English enlightenment for kids since she has own child.
Anita joined in Bell Sales team in 2017 to develop and promote Bell Foundation Programme and let more Chinese know Bell, after Anita had a second baby she transferred to teacher training department as a project administrator.
